Verizon Wireless Customer Service Lied to Me

I recently got talked into swapping my own service and my spouses from straight talk to Verizon. Bad move the Verizon worker was supposed to have our straight talk numbers transferred to our new Verizon phone’s no problem she said very easy. Well she never done it. I depended on having my number that’s how people contact me for work and it’s been over a week and I have six kids that depend on me for everything. My wife’s son is at a juvenile detention facility her number was the only approved number on his call list so she hasn’t been able to speak to him in over a week. So not only am I paying more than I was for service but it’s costing me money and marital problems for all the trouble this has caused all the lady had to do was swap my numbers like she said she was going to do but never done this has been a nightmare over something simply never has a issue with straight talk

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Compensate for lost wages and make it right
