Verizon Wireless Customer Service Lied to Me

I was overcharged for service that didn’t work well in my area. I switched to t-mobile and everything worked right away. You for sure charged me more then they said after all of the taxes and fees. You once charged me $1,300 for 11 lines. I don’t know where you got that number from.
