Sprint Claim for Compensation

What Sprint did:

Sprint’s contract on my Iphone 8 had ended on 01/28/20. I also had started a contract with them for an iPad. They started charging me an extra $50/ month claiming that I needed to have a “line of service” with them. Which is the iPad. They told me no it has to be a cell phone. The contract I signed doesn’t say it has to be a cell phone, it says a line of service. The phone bill says that it has to be a cell phone but the contract reads differently. I looked through the T.O.S. and could not find a spelled out definition of what line of service meant. Sprint said they would contact me and never has.
