What Ymca did:
After the being closed because of the covid 19 pandemic. when YMCA reopened I was being charged for monthly family membership dues. However, I could not use the gym because the child care was closed which prevented me from fully attending the gym. A big part of the reason why I joined the gym from the start was of the child care services provided which allow me to enjoy the gym while my kids were being watched. As a result, I owe a balance and gained weight.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund and removed the balanced left on my account.
