We financed with Santander in 2015. Our account defaulted a while back and maturity of the account end on 2022, well over we financed for. We have made some payments and the payoff amount has not changed. Also, this account is not reported to our credit, no signs of this account.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Our account should qualify for forgiveness under the AG settlement.
