Verizon Wireless Lied About the Price

What Verizon Wireless did:
Verizon tricked me into changing my family plan and it ended up costing more rather than less like they said it would. Then they wouldn’t let us change back to our previous plan because they were not offering it anymore. Verizon said they never received the iPhone 7 I shipped to them when I upgraded so they charged me for the remaining six months rather than a standard upgrade. This caused me to have two monthly phone payments for six months. Multiple times Verizon overcharged our family plan monthly bill and said they would fix it it but did not. Continued to charge me monthly for a phone line I asked to remove because we no longer had the phone or used the line. They continued billing for three months and said I never gave them a specific date to cancel on so they came up with their own date to cancel. We always had to pay them the extra money because they stopped our cellular service when we tried to fight them for our rights.we finally switched to T-Mobile and I went to get my rewards gift cards from my Verizon account but they locked me out of the account. Lastly, after we cancelled our family plan and went to T-Mobile, Verizon was supposed to send me a $40 check for the line they never cancelled. They said I would receive it in two weeks. They never sent it.
