AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I tried to add a line to my account and the line was to be $40 per month plus taxes and fees, plus there was a promotion to receive a $250 gift card…BUT we could not get the website to work…we called multiple people, chatted online with them and did technical support and no one knew why we couldn’t process this online. So after 4 days of calling and chatting and trying everything to get a new line ordered, we got a lady on the phone who processed our order and assured us that we would pay $40/per month, no more and that even though the $250 gift card was an online only special, we would get it because we couldn’t do it online. Nope and nope. We tried to go up the ladder and speak with managers and people kept telling us they would call us back and they didn’t. They supposedly put in multiple requests for managers to call us and they never called. We got hung up on every time we called except for 1! And we called at least I would say 20 times! This company is ridiculous with ripping people off and it needs to stop. I am exhausted from these dealings with them and there’s nothing I can do about it. We must have spent over 10 hours on this!

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want my $250 rewards like the website offer says and I only want to pay $40 per month for my new phone line like I was told multiple times!
