What Santander Consumer USA did:
I purchased a car from Jaxs auto sales for 9, 296.53 April of 2018 with sales taxes it went up to 11, 296.53 I put 3,000 down which I was told it would go towards my interest, I have made a total of 31 payments of 314. 15 consecutively with only one late payment due to the covid 19. Today that would bring my payment to a total of 9, 738.65 I’m being ask to pay 286.34 for a whopping new total of 9, 365.38 and have not received my title for my purchased car that has no more payments for.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like a refund along with the title for my MB account and anaplogy would be nice. This can eliminate Lawyers and lawyer fees, and a swift .
