Avis Bad Customer Support

What Avis did:
Rented a car through Avis for the Uber Driver Partner program. Avis did not properly add me to the Uber platform for over 2 weeks of my 5 week rental and charged me for the time I was unable to use the platform. They charged my card for over $850 and refused to contact me back regarding the lost time and issues I faced regarding the rental. I have over 5 months of my card being over limit and interest charged for this purchase that have and will be on my credit for the foreseeable future.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund of the rental cost and interest
