Instacart Locked My Account

What Instacart did:
I was an Instacart member prior to the covid-18 outbreak. When I went to register again, I was aware that there would be a waitlist. Time went on, and my boyfriend got approved but I did not. Come to find out, my account had been locked. Customer support didn’t give me a fair explanation, besides stating that I need to just wait longer. I couldn’t register under a new email or phone number because I was a shopper before. I am still not off the waitlist, and they still can’t do anything about it!

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Take me off the waitlist!!!
