What PayPal did:

I’ve been a customer of PayPal for a few years now. I’ve been actively using it for my personal purchases and here and there for selling. I’ve never had an issue with anything I sold (zero disputes from buyers) nor my purchases. And whenever PayPal needed documents from me, I’ve swiftly provided them. Ever since last week, my PayPal was mysteriously limited permanently. PayPal did not send any details on the cause of it and phone support has been unhelpful. I’ve tried their other means but no luck. If there is any legal issues involved, I have the right to know to get my lawyer involved. But PayPal support (phone) just keeps giving me bogus reasons and doesn’t tell me a proper reason. I just want my PayPal account reinstated a reason as to why this has happened. A quick browse through their support forums show this isn’t an isolated incident as well.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
