What Spectrum did:
My first issue is about the lawsuit settlement for Riverside County California I have yet to receive any information or have been credited in this situation even after contacting Spectrum I still have not received any information I would like to confirm that I am one of the customers who received a modem router that could not adequately support the high-speed internet I bought and paid for

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like a refund send information as to why I was not contacted in regards to this settlement
