What Sprint did:
We upgraded our phones to the Samsung S20 Ultra and we complained about no reception, dropped calls and texts not going thru for over a year. They never helped however they did keep charging us over $140.00 every month for services that we couldn’t use. I personally complained over and over. Every time I called I spent over 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Sprint. The phone numbers associated with the account are ********** and ***-***-****. My wife was the account holder Linda ****** and I’m Scott the husband
