What DoorDash did:
My order from Sonic was extremely late… when I received my order, it was incorrect and the entire order smelled like weed/marijuana! I’m asthmatic and it triggered an attack! I called the driver just for her to say, ‘oh I’m sorry it smelled like weed!” She then asked me what I ordered and was going to just switch it out. She was literally going to bring me my order and get the food from my house and take it back to the correct location! I explained how my home now smells like weed and I disconnected the line. The service rep at door dash refunded credits without the delivery fee… when I explained further I was asked if I had to go to the doctor. They gave me an additional $15!! I spend hundreds each week on DoorDash! I need help! I’m still trying to get over the attack from the fumes alone!!
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
They have already issued a credit. I want them to acknowledge that this was a very harmful mistake and make sure this doesn’t happen again.
