What PayPal did:
Over 180 days ago PayPal close my account after I deposited cash onto the card saying that I can no longer use PayPal and that they are holding my money for 180 in case my clients want a refund, I don’t have PayPal for a business, I have PayPal for personal uses, so I don’t know what they’re talking about. It’s been over 180 days anf I’ve been messaging them I’ve been calling them and they literally hung up on me. They will not tell me how to get my $124.58 back that they’ve been holding. Because of the pandemic me and my boyfriend had to unexpectedly move into a hotel so I deposited cash onto the card and then they cut my card off when I was trying to book the hotel leaving us to sleep in our car. this is wrong and unjust
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Let me transfer all of my $124.58 out of my PayPal and pay me for paid and suffering due to PayPal holding my money I had just put into my account forcing me and my family to sleep in our car during the scary uncertainty of this pandemic.
