PayPal Claim for Compensation

What PayPal did:
I sold an item to someone on eBay. He kept it for 40+ days and wanted to return it and said “my listing was deceptive.” It was not. eBay did not grant his refund – as the funds were frozen for 4 weeks and I had access to them and it passed his return window. PayPal sided with me – and then somehow the buyer – it has been has been such a long fight and I no longer have the funds. I have been cheated by this buyer.
