Norwegian Cruise Lines Bad Customer Support

What Norwegian Cruise Lines did:
They said they’d refund our cruise ( 50 percent of what we paid) and then when I called, they told me they sent the refund to the woman with whom I shared a cabin…they said “ she insisted” she get the entire refund but I don’t believe that is even probable!!!

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund promised and not sent after 10 months!!!
