T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
I bought a phone (lg g7 thinq) from sprint (now t- mobile and was assured the phone can migrate to a different provider. It can partially but cannot send and receive data. which is essential to me. i am an artist and volunteer helping aspiring art students. sending photos back and forth is my main reason for having the phone I live on $900 ssi and am disabled. Paid $800 for this not working phone. Sprint [programed the phone intentionally so it cannot fully migrate. then lied to me. I want my money back oh and i had to buy a new phone which i cannot afford Shame on these people
