AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
At&T canceled my service even though they confirmed on the phone that it will not be cancelled. Due to no internet service, I was not able to work. Due to the pandemic, I and my wife work from home. and we could not perform our work. We had to take an unplanned day off from work and lost salary for 2 days as AT&T said someone has to come to our house to set up a new service. When I requested customer service for a better solution they did not give the right solution to start the internet service and intentionally put me in a very frustrating situation with no internet. They change my plans also and start charging equipment fees taking advantage of my service interruptions.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I am seeking money I lost without internet for not able to work for 2 days due to no internet service and I am seeking AT&T to fix my account by removing equipment fees.
