What Santander Consumer USA did:
On 02/13/2020, I bought,a Kia Optima 2019, with Vin # ***************** at Mission Hills Nissan and the Lender Became Santander Consumer USA
P.O. BOX 961211
Fort Worth, TX 76161.

Unfortunately, your payment has not performed well because, Although I was still able on continuing to make payments, after the loss of my job, and I with even those money orders that went out. I am truly disappointed because, Not only did Santander Consumer U.S.A. come and repossessed the vehicle but now are reporting inaccurate information to our credit bureaus. Not only did I pay them with money orders I also paid them through the bank and the Santander Consumer they always kept a firm believe that I did not pay so I had to pay twice, was billed the amount, something was not disclosed clearly or was misrepresented.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
problem, I would appreciate your ”refund my money back, or give me the vehicle back also report accurate information to the credit Bureau
