Capital One Locked My Account

What Capital One did:
My account was frozen on 12/24/20. Their fraud department listed in their email to tell me my funds had been frozen (email received 6 days after account was frozen), doesn’t answer the phone.

Accounts is frozen because I received an EIDL loan from the Small Business Association.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
My account to be unfrozen with the proof provided that I’m a sole-proprietor.
