Santander Consumer USA Overcharged Me / Hidden Fees

What Santander Consumer USA did:
I’m a single mom that was desperate for a car loan. I don’t make very much money and have a 500 dollar payment with a 20k balance. My loan was after 2019 but I feel I was being taken advantage of with such a high interest rate and payment with not much income. I also contracted covid and lost my job and while I get some child support I’m behind on my payment. I’m wondering if I qualify for the payoff of my loan with title and or lower payments as I was charged a huge interest amount and payments. My loan is not in the class action lawsuit dates but I think I should qualify forebearance. These interest rates are way too high but I was in a desperate situation as I have 2 children and need a vehicle. I’m asking for forebearance or lower rate and interest rate as I desperately need my vehicle.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
To be included in the class action forebearance lawsuit. Forgiveness of balance and title or lower rate and payment with no lates reported to my credit.
