What The Hartford did:
I’m an environmental consultant in Texas. We received an email authorizing our services on a claim one of their customers had. We have not been paid for our services in over 18 months, and now they deny having the right internal paperwork, and say the file is closed.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Pay our invoice. I’d want interest as well, but that’s not likely.
