What Bank of America did:
I received a letter and a phone call from supposedly Bank of America requesting personal identifiable information to “update my records”. I ignored the request as there are many “fishing scams” these days. In no time they directed me to contact customer service or visit a branch. Suddenly they lock/froze my account and I have 2 checks returned. I spend a lot of time with different departments trying to clarify what happen and some didn’t know what the other was doing.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Never ever touch my bank access, unless I have no funds. Reimbursement for damages to parties I wrote checks that were returned. 8 hours of my time dealing with there organization and trying to get a resolution.
