AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
My phone number (**********) was ported without my consent or knowledge on approximately 11/18/20. When my cell phone stopped working I borrowed phones from neighbors to call AT&T to report my problem and asked questions about the port. I was told by a nearby store rep hat I would have to pay $800.00 to get a new number. Eventually, I paid $300.00 to get my new cell number (**********). Since October 2020, I havent seen an account statement. But Ive been asked to pay an additional $300 – 600 each month. My service was terminated on 12/23/20 because I cannot afford to pay these unknown fees. Am I being charged for the port I didnt want? Am I being charged fees snd penalties for the port, as if I chose to end my agreement with AT’&T? Is my account combined with another somehow?

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Show me bills from 09/20 to 02/21. Explsin the dramatic monthly increase to me. Refund overpayments, remove erroneous items from my bills and credit statement. Pay me for time lost hen phone went down for port and for late payment of ridicuously high bill.
