Vivint Bad Customer Support

What Vivint did:
Bought home in July 2020, haven’t given me access to my panel. Allowed previous owners to stay on it invading my privacy. Today one of the smoke alarms had a fault, I replaced batteries and issue remained so the panel started blaring and claiming there is a fire all right before my aunts funeral at 3pm. This issue started around 2:40pm. I called them and they said they couldn’t do anything because I don’t have access to the account. And said to Google it or check online guides.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
An apology, give me access to the stupid panel and pay me for the hassle and heart ache from this ordeal.
