What Gold’s Gym did:
I was taken off my family contract, had my account reassigned to another family member (son) without his knowledge, had some other people I don’t know added to the account, got charged to my bank account and when I tried closing my account, they said they had. They no longer knew who the membership agreement belonged to until my son got a collection agency letter for Gold’s Gym.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund. Debt collection removed from my son’s record. An apology
