Metro by T-Mobile Claim for Compensation
What Metro by T-Mobile did:
My name is Christopher **** and I went to metro on December 23, 2020 at 6pm to upgrade my phone. I was assisted by a lady with my upgrade and transferring all data from my old phone to the new phone. She stated it will take 30 minutes so I went next door to get something to eat. I came back and everything was complete however I had a couple of questions. A male employee came from the back told me that I had to leave because we are about to close. I refuse to leave because I had a couple of questions on my upgraded phone. He rudely cursed me out and threatening to kill me if I don’t leave. This is absolutely unacceptable to treat a 30 year customer like this. I left and came back the next morning with the police and later filed a police report. This cannot go unresolved with such egregious behavior from the male employee. I purchased a phone and had two questions about my new phone. I am a loyal customer and did not deserve such Vulgar treatment from the male representative. Any information you need from me to assist with my case I will render it to you. Thanks
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Terminate the employee and contract license of that location. They don’t deserve to be representing Metro PCS as a licensed dealer.
