What PayPal did:
You have been double charging my account for Spotify. You charge me once every month around the 18th and then again on the 24th for the same Spotify account. That is fraud and I have had this account for over a year and I checked my bank statements and you’ve been doing this the whole time I’ve had this account without my knowledge or permission making it unauthorized and illegal!
