AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I just can’t understand how I returned all of AT&T equipment and stop my cable and internet within 30 days of activation and AT&T is still charging me and I stop my services over 30 days ago why are you still charge me and I turned my services off because of inadequate communication for one I had made a payment arrangement and AT&T still disconnected my cable and my internet after you disconnected my services you sent a confirmation email saying my payment was due on 01/08/21 but you disconnected my services a week before And this happen with my wireless phones you turned my services off after I made a payment arrangement just please take this balance off my account.
