What AT&T did:
AT&T at one point changed my plans without me been aware. Since it was direct sebited from my bank and was working well did not see the need to check my bill. Now im on medical leave and im very restricted financially and take a look at everything and that when i realized the change it has been long time. Also o cancelled two of my smart watches to lower my bill and i trusted the representative that i spoke with, coming to find out she never removed the watches it has been charges all along and no use at all.
Also am not sure if i have to file a different claim but on 12/25/2020 i made a transfer to cash app for 400.00 from my KEY BANK account and cash app voided/rejected the transfer and now its 01/27/2021 and all i get is “we know how important it is to you to have your money back we are working on this” the same message everyday cash app does not have live representatives so its all done via email which its only responded every 24 hours.
I got the email where one of then says that rmghe payment was send back on 12/24/2020 at 909pm but they send it to capital one or some other account. And i have not been able to get a straight response from cash app.
Also an unauthorized charge which was pointed to then as well and they are taking their sweat time on this one as well this last transaction is for 99.00 dollars plus taxes the transaction was made 01/10/2021 @105pm and it shows that the recipient is PAYPAL *WUQIANGMAOY
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
This companies need to know that not all of us can live with a 100.00 extra load in our bill and a timely manner should be taken in place to so people can get on with our lives!!
