What PayPal did:
I would like to speak to Mark from the Fraud team at PayPal again. He said he would call me, but he never did. If you’re not going to call, just say so. Don’t lie about it.

I just want to say that I think it is unfair that PayPal denied all of my claims for item not received, even though the seller did not provide any evidence at all. I have proof that they blackmailed and threatened me into closing my disputes back in November so they can keep the money and not send the items. I have compelling evidence to prove everything, so why the hell did PayPal deny all of my claims for each of my 6 transactions to Yes Logo Design?

I want you to know that I authorised each of the 6 transactions and have compelling evidence in the form of bank statements to prove they were all made by me. Mark told me that my account could have been incorrectly permanently limited by PayPal, but that I could appeal by showing proof to remove the limitation before reopening my items not received cases, so that their team could restore my account to normal use yet again and dispute all of my 6 transactions to Yes Logo Design yet again. Let me appeal. Let me provide evidence. OMG.

Please call me back for real and not just leave a voicemail because I don’t listen to them.

Also, can you downgrade my account from a business account to a personal one? I signed up by accident and PayPal didn’t let me proceed until I completed the sign up process for a business account.

I opened the 6 transactions that I made to Yes Logo Design as unauthorised transactions by accident, but they’re all items not received because they did not ship the physical goods to my home address. The seller did not even provide evidence in the form of tracking numbers, shipping labels, Order IDs, anything etc, but instead offered a partial refund of half. I have compelling evidence to prove everything I’m saying is true. That is not fair what PayPal is doing to me.

The seller never once paid me back in Bitcoin. They blackmailed and threatened me into saying it so they can keep the money and not send the items. I basically got scammed, cheated and defrauded out of my money by them. Fun fact: I don’t even have nor do I use Bitcoin.

Let me appeal the permanent limitation on my account and reopen all of my escalated dispute claims on all 6 of my cases.

Show the emails I sent to ica-au@paypal.com to Mark from the Fraud team at PayPal. He picked up my call from 4pm January 29, 2021 NZ time. He promised to call me back 2 hours after our phone call, but he never did. I waited and waited for the call, but I got nothing. I tried calling customer service again, but I was routed to someone else and that person told me that they can’t transfer me over to Mark from the Fraud team at PayPal.

Mark from the fraud team said that he will remove the permanent limitation on my account as it was incorrectly applied, then reopen all of my PayPal dispute claims.

My PayPal account was accessed by someone who hacked my computer and pretended to be me so they could try to take my money out of my account. Thankfully they never did because my card was not linked to my account.

I would like to request a callback from Mark from the fraud team at PayPal. Can he please call me back today or tomorrow?

I have compelling evidence to show proof that I am the owner of the debit card ending in **** that made the 6 transactions to Yes Logo Design. Let me show proof and remove the permanent limitation on my account. Let me appeal my claims.

That is so unfair. What is wrong with PayPal? Oh my god.

Every time I contacted PayPal, they always told me that I was eligible for Buyers Protection. None of the transactions were unauthorised because I authorised them myself, but none of the physical items were received!!! Why the hell did PayPal deny all of my claims for my 6 transactions and side with the seller? What the **** is this crap? PayPal, this is so unfair to me as a buyer.

The seller was threatening, blackmailing and extorting me into closing all of my disputes when I first escalated them to claims
