What Metro by T-Mobile did:
Hello metro family, I have been a customer of metro for around 2 1/2 years plus. I recently have been getting harassing text messages from someone that has been in my past history. I no longer talk to this person it’s been around three years since I got married. Now somehow they are harassing me and my wife. This person states that there family member works at one of the metro branches and got my info and my wife’s info through them. I recently changed my number and they still contacted me so I know it’s true because it’s a new number. Please help because I like the metro pcs service.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Find this person who is giving my info out and terminate them from working in your company. Why keep someone that makes a mockery of your policies.
