What Metro by T-Mobile did:
At the brick and mortar location located on Jonesboro Rd. in Forest Park, Ga, a window advertisement promoted unlimited 4g data for $40.00 a month (this advertisement was popular on local television at the time as well). The ads influenced me to choose metro by t mobile as my cellular provider. One day in the months afterwards, and to my surprise, I began to use more 4g data while working as a ride share contractor. That was when I leaned that I did not have unlimited 4g data as advertised. A limit (I believe it was 2gig) had been set on 4g data usage. My cellular devices would return the error message “No mobile data” whenever I tried to watch videos or use the mobile hotspot. I was then charged $5-15 within the same billing cycle for more 4g data “top off” each time usage limit was reached. This occurred several times over several months.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Pay another $2,500,000.00 for false advertisement and punitive damages caused by losses I have incurred by being led away from competing offers/rewards/benefits/upgrades/insurance/service/options.
