PayPal Claim for Compensation

What PayPal did:
I have set up my credit card as primary payment in my Paypal account and it has working this way without issues in the past, I also have linked my bank checking account to Paypal just for balance transfer purpose, not authorized for payment. On Jan 27 of 2021 and Jan 28 of 2021 Paypal mistakenly used my bank as the payment method to pay $3650 ($900 on Jan 27 and $2750) for online purchase (turned to be scam), when I realized that my bank was charged for the payment, I immediately called Paypal and asked them why didn’t they use my credit card for payment, the rep lied to me and told me that my credit card denied these transaction and then they used my back for payment, this is not true because I called my credit card company and was told that there was not even charging attempts to my credit card not mention to denial, by the way, the key point is that I have not authorized Paypal to use my bank checking account for any payments! Because of Paypal’s mistake, I have lost total of $3650 due to without credit card protection!
