What Metro by T-Mobile did:
I started service there was a claim of a code red box one that would give you $150 off each line , we’ve received nothing and started four lines of service and added a fifth one . $100 for porting a line I never received . And a corporate discount for working at a place and it gives you a discount on your phone lines each month . None of this happened and I have all the information that backs the claim up . Was held by one representative yes was told by another representative know was told by another representative yes is file a claim then I had to be on hold for

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
