What Optimum did:
an employee named Patrick Compere picked up old equipment on september 29 202 7:17 pm, never returned it to warehouse. i was charged and was told by a representative i will be issued a refund, now i am being told i am not. the amount was over $450

every customer service rep has lied to me and told me what i want to hear to not have to fix the issue. i am at the end of my rope. i have two kids who can use that $450 a lot more than optimum. i want $2000 for what i am owed as well as damages and harm inflicted to myself and my family during this time
