What Uber did:
Now receiving my 1099 from them and have kept and printed out my summaries theirs a huge difference in every category. They failed to provide me with an explanation of my deactivation, refused to provide COVID test and paid days during the time of their “investigation”. They have completely enabled me from my account.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Pay my incorrect earnings and correctly input a new 1099. Pay for future earnings i was and am capable of earning and the emotional distress caused by then for no reason I been unable to provide for my mother ruined my relationship and have left me hopeless. Devalued my car for them and have done this for no reason
