What AT&T did:
I have had an account closed for about 1 year they are charging me 256 recently and sent me to collections and ruined mt credit. They also charged me 60 and I paid and still got sent to collections for it too. I never got a notice about why I owned anything or any information as to why.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want a compensation because of all the stress and time I wasted trying to call them and the collection agency with no imformation.
