What Hotels.com did:
Got me a room for January 26 and January 27 the room was dirty the sheets and microwave and bathroom the room period not COVID safe I paid for room before left Connecticut got to absecon New Jersey the Empire Inn on Whitehorse pke told manager about room she refuse to refund money very nasty and rude said you mad because I don’t have smoking room I said no room dirty don’t look like your ad lady said get out there m done with you I called hotel.com right away to tell about room hotel refuse to refund so hotel.com told me nothing can they do called health department on hotel but they will check out hotel but can’t get money refunded can you help ????
