What PayPal did:
My name is Saavanna ********. I am a single mom who has been affected and put out of work because of the pandemic. I have a PayPal account that I have used one time to buy food with Some money that my mom sent to me. My unemployment is my only source of income right now and I have been waiting on it to start up and have been desperately depending on the back pay! I finally received it and all of a sudden PayPal closed my account and are holding my money for 180 days and they haven’t given me any reason and won’t give me any chance to dispute it! And like I said I was DESPERATELY depending on that to live on! That is literally all I have and I have done nothing wrong and I don’t know what I’m going to do now! This whole thing feels like a hopeless situation! I am going to lose what little I actually had left now! I can’t wait 180 days to get that money! I barely was able to keep everything afloat waiting for the unemployment to start back up! And I have done nothing wrong to them just to basically get robbed of the one bit of hope that I had left. Now I have no idea what to do! Please help!
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
All I want is my money that I have been waiting for from my unemployment. My only means of income that I have been waiting on. I don’t care if they cancel my account, I will honestly never use them again anyways. But I have been waiting on that money just to live on. MY money! The 2600.00$ that is in my account that I needed now. If I can Just hey what’s mine right away then I will be ok with that. I don’t have a week to wait tho let alone 180 days! I am already behind so bad! If I don’t get that right away I will lose everything that I have left! All I want is what’s mine to begin with!
