What T-Mobile did:
My phone bill was due Jan 20 in the balance of 134.96 I paid it Jan 16 in a balance of 140.00 cash, an was told I was going get a confirmation/receipt sent to my email.my service been interrupted serval times since then they never took care of the problem.Now it say I owe 250
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
