Santander Consumer USA Hurt My Credit

What Santander Consumer USA did:
I took out a loan with them paying 561 a month for a 2012 Kia Sorento totaling 21k. They lied to me about being able to refinance in 6 months if I paid on time. On the 6th month they marked my credit as missing a payment. I paid a total of 14k before they repossessed it right around my birthday in September of last year during the height of the COVID pandemic. They claimed I still owed 19k. They wanted me to pay 11k to get it back and wheni couldn’t they sold it for 4k and are calling me daily asking for me to pay them the 15k they claim I owe. They have been harassing me non stop and then told me if I paid them 6k they would take it off my credit. They added over 25% interest to my loan and payments claiming I owed them 30k all together and will not stop harassing me to the point where my voicemail is full from their automated messages and I cannot get another loan or anything with what they’re putting me through. The customer service will only do the bare minimum and they don’t care about financial hardship. I had to pay storage, tow fees and extra insurance until they sold my car months after it was repossessed.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want the bogus loan taken off my credit and I want my Kia Sorento back. I was out of work due to not being able to drive (having no vehicle) and have had unexplainable amounts of stress added to my life with their constant harassing.
