Suddenlink Claim for Compensation

What Suddenlink did:
I upgraded my service back in August of 2020. After the upgrade I was having issues with the service. My internet was not working and my cable was not working. I reported the issue many times but all they did was give me the run around. They would send technicians to my apartment and they would not fix the problem. I had called many times in the prior months and they will tell me to pay the past due balance and they will accredit my account. I did this for four months. After five months they concluded that the problem was the boxes. And that they would send someone to change the boxes and when they would do that they would accredit my account for the time I was without service. Till this day I have not receive a credit. And now they have put me in collection.
