What T-Mobile did:
I owe them money but i told them i did not have it at the time an this is my only form of communication an i have 2 kids one in PreK an the othe in 5thgrade he uses his phone for school also this is there 3/4 time doing through out this pandemic. An i also do not have another phone an i cant call or text anybody in emergency an i have kids in the home with me an i also told them this as well an they are missing appts cause nobody can reach or contact me.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
