What Citibank did:
I’ve been trying to transfer my money out of Citibank to my account with Wells Fargo. The wire has been canceled 4 times and is still under review. It’s 32000 usd and after more than 2 weeks I still don’t have access to my money. I’ve been charged late fees, and I can’t pay my bills. I’m desperate, every time I’m calling there is a 2 hour of wasted time. I’m a 65 years old man with a stroke in my medical history. I’m desperate and panicked because these are the only savings I have. Can you help me?
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
My money sent to my other bank, reimburse for opportunities lost and fees paid since I could not pay my bills on time
