Uber Claim for Compensation

What Uber did:
They locked me out of my account because of satisfaction rating being 86% however I have 291 deliveries but only 52 people out of those deliveries rated me. It’s not fair at all because not everyone rates and some people just don’t care. I’m a mom and pregnant this is the only job I have right now with everything going on

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want to start working again. Activate my account again
