What DirecTV did:
Directv change me for pay preview movies in 9/2020 that I did not authorize. I contacted Technical Support the Representative that was assisting me to fix the problem I had for awhile instructed me to see if I am able to order movies on the call while he direct me to fix the problem. The Representative told me I will not be charged due to he was trying to fix the problem. The Representative was unable to fix the problem will not be able to send a Technician out due to COVID 19 and the pay preview movies will be waived. I canceled my service due to equipment not working properly. I received my final bill and the pay preview movies was never waived.
