What AT&T did:
I made a complaint about AT&T and they informed me that the inconsistent payment was due to access fee that I was unaware and customer service did not explain upon my request.
My complaint was due to the following reasons:
Inconsistent billing and confusing fees on my monthly billing
Unauthorized draft that was set to autopay by AT&T without my consent or knowledge
In the original agreement, I was told to have 65 dollars a month for unlimited text talk and date and a free Iphone S. Since then I consistently paid more than originally agreed upon for various reasons (attached is a spreadsheet)
The unauthorized payment was scheduled on Feb 12th in the amount of 452.63 dollars without my consent or prior notice. I contacted At&T to cancel the payment immediately.
