DoorDash Bad Customer Support

What DoorDash did:
on march 29th I ordered from yungs carryout through door dash.for starters my order took 1 and a half hours just to say its running late.then they canceled my order suppose to issue a refund with in 7to 10 days also credit.now since I been waiting to be refunded I still ordered through them but yet they owe me.i call 2 times spoke with customer service they hung up on me.so basically they took my money didnt get my kids food or a refund.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
well I waited for a refund I was robbed so all they can do is wait to see if I have a lawsuit
